This is a growing church which is affiliated with Westgate Baptist Church, for the Spanish speaking community, in Tigard, Oregon (West Portland). Westgate has a traditional service and a heart for their city, but they were noticing the age demographics were drastically diverse because they have older and younger families but not much in between. Because of their more traditional nature, they wanted a brand that reflected that but still showed the youthful energy of the church. Through our research, we found that one of the many nicknames for Portland is Bridge City. We decided to run with this concept and felt that was fitting since part of their mission is to bridge the gap between the older and younger generation.
